10 Motivational Weight Loss Quotes



1. Do what is the best for you:

The simple truth is that if you do not care about yourself and your own body, you lose! Your health will suffer, your line, your mind ... Why?

2. “I can’t” is not the answer:

An unknown author : “Instead of looking for excuses why I can’t, I will look for reasons why I can.” Do not let the "I can't" get the word used very often in their vocabulary.

3. Do not give up:

Sometimes we all need some motivation. These meetings gave me the motivation, and I do my goal. Now  I’m fitI’m eating healthy, and I'm happy!
