13 steps to Become a Very Happy Healthy Person

1. Get lots of sleep : To maintain a healthy body, you need 8-10 hours of sleep each day. This allows you to be awake and alert, so you do not have to drink caffeine and sugar-laden energy drinks. If you are a child and early school time to go to bed earlier in the week.

2. Laugh and smile : Smiling a lot makes your face look younger and it feels great. If you laugh a lot, it has been scientifically proven to keep you healthier.

3. Do nothing : Staying in a dark, quiet, without stressful thoughts for ten minutes will make you feel refreshed. If you relax, you will feel better and probably still feeling good all day. Only do this a couple of times a day.

4. Eat more fruits and vegetables : Fruits and vegetables are an essential part of a healthy diet. Try to get at least 5-9 servings a day.

5. Drink water : Good old H2O is a key element in the decision to run all day. Try to drink eight eight-ounce glasses of water each day. It helps to restore energy and move on. Not drinking enough fresh water leads to acne, headaches, and even dehydration. To do this, and you'll be in good shape.

6. Stretch : It feels great! From when you wake up in the morning, to your gym class, this simple form of muscular exercise that warms and becomes more flexible. If you stretch every day continuously, eventually it will be very flexible and agile. It keeps you more time and give you strength.

7. Run and jog : This does not necessarily have to run five miles every morning, but jogging or running for about 10 minutes at an easy pace will certainly keep you in shape. Try to run for about 10 minutes 2 times a week. It helps keep your muscles strong and fit every day. Never run for an hour and then suddenly stop and sit on the couch for an hour. This will give you terrible cramps and do what is standing the next day. Slowly kick down the pace to a walk, and take deep breaths. Running will get you that A in gym class, believe me!

8. Challenge yourself : If you got 10 push-ups as your maximum, try going for 12! Little challenges like this keep your body nice and fit.

9. Do something you love : Playing with a pet, swim or jump on a trampoline! Do things you love to do will keep you in a good mood and make you happier. If you had a bad day at school, cycling and release your anger. Not only fun, but it lets you be yourself for a while. Try it!

10. Feel good about yourself : There is always be someone in the room who have at least something better than you, so do not compare yourself to others! Find things that are good, and use your talents!

11. Accomplish something : This will make you feel victorious! Performing a song or using your talents to amaze someone else makes you feel great!

12. Get a little exercise everyday : This will not only make you feel better, and make you look better, but help you to get through the day.

13. Be cool - Don't take things too seriously : Be laid-back and open minded, explore new things, e.g. new cultures.
