1.Visualize Your Goal In Order to Achieve It

You can create whatever you want. All you have to do is give your mind a picture of what you want through a process called visualization. To get what you want, be specific about what it is. Therefore, begin by asking yourself some basic questions:


-  What is the ideal weight for your height?


-  How do you feel when you lose weight?

How can we improve the happiness and refined lifestyle of your family?

Visualization is all about using your imagination to "fantasize" about what you want in life. When you visualize, you must use the five senses - hearing, smell, see, feel me tasting. However, keep in mind that even if the screen is extremely powerful to get what you want from tools, visualization alone will not help you lose a few pounds. You must take action.

 2. Attract Healthier Eating Habits
You may have gained weight because of their eating habits. Focus on all healthy and tasty drinks you can consume, instead of thinking about food and drinks you should avoid. Tell me your food and drinks that you like to eat the most nutritious and delicious healthy they choose.

3. Attract Healthier Workout Habits
Aside from eating correctly, you also need to workout regularly in order to shed excess body fat. A lot of people do not like working out. This might be because they find it boring or difficult. However once you begin to exercise regularly, you will find that it can improve your mood and health at the same time.

4. Build a Vision Board

A vision can be described as a collection of images that represent your goals and vision and keep you inspired as you work to achieve them. It is a place where they meet all your thoughts, with brief quotations, drawings and photographs.


You can download images from the Internet or cut out pictures from magazines. These photos should represent the type of body you want to have. You can also add pictures of what you will do once you reach your ideal weight, or pictures of the types of food that will be part of your new healthy lifestyle. Look at these photos and pictures every day. Let me motivated.

5. Live like a slim person

When you want to eat a meal, think about how a thin person can eat. Does he or she will be pressed for a second helping of the food, or the person who was going to eat slowly and carefully? Do you want to drink sugar filled drinks, or the person can drink green tea or water to fill the entire room faster?


Weight loss through the law of attraction is certainly possible. Seeing a slimmer, and live like a thin person, you will definitely lose weight.
